Maintenance

All service request must be entered online via the resident portal. For maintenance emergencies, please contact the Leasing Office and follow the appropriate prompts.

Parking

One (1) per lease holder. Residents who own two (2) vehicles are required to rent a carport or parking garage space. Multiple vehicles will require proof of ownership.
No, all residents are required to register their vehicle via the A&A Wrecker Website. Residents who fail to register their vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense.
No, all guest must park outside the residential gate & register in A&A Wrecker. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE.

Payments

Yes, via the resident portal.

You will receive a bill in the mail about 6 weeks into your lease contract.
Rent, monthly fees and utilities are due on the 1st of every month. Rent will be late on the 5th with a fee of 9.99% of rent.

Trash

Sunday – Thursday from 5pm – 7pm. Trash cans must be returned inside of apartments by 9am the next morning.

Pest Control

Service for pest control is every Mondays. Please contact the leasing office by Sunday to be added to the pest control log for service the next day.

Notice

Yes, all residents are responsible to submit a 60-day written notice.
Yes, a 60-day notice to vacate is required, and the early term fee is 2x base rent which is due 30 days after notice is given. Additionally, any concessions/specials for the current lease term will be charged back.
Please add a delivery note for your oversized package to be delivered to your door. Management is not responsible for unsecured packages.

Yes, each of our buildings have passage elevator. They cannot be reserved from moving and have a weight limit of 3500lbs.
